Also...more exciting news!
We got into our USCIS Biometrics fingerprinting appointment 2 weeks early (May 2nd) and were in and out of the office in 10 minutes!!!
then tonight....
We opened up the mail and received our APPROVAL from Immigration to ADOPT (Form I-171H) which means that we are FINALLY on the waitlist!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are #17!!!!!! (That's not too bad since we know of other agencies where there are waitlists that have about 60 or more families waiting)
Both my mom and sister-n-law said tonight, "Wow - how cool that it arrived on Mother's Day!" :)
Another sweet & subtle reminder that God cares - He reminded me tonight that "my" time to be a mother will come soon -
